The Panagbenga 2023 Schedule of Activities has just been revealed. The schedule of activities for Panagbenga 2023 or the Baguio Flower Festival 2023 was launched. It can be recalled that the celebration of the Panagbenga festival were cancelled during the height of the pandemic. Now, with the steady decline of cases despite the major activities in Baguio City like the Session Road in Bloom, Lantern Parade among others, we hope to see the return of the same vibrant celebration of the Panagbenga before the pandemic.

Panagbenga 2023 Highlights
Looks like we will be expecting the return of the traditional Panagbenga highlights after its hiatus due to the pandemic. For Panagbenga 2023 we will see the return of the Grand Street Dancing Parade and the Grand Float Parade. Both activities are considered to be the highlights of the Panagbenga Festival or the Baguio Flower Festival. Another activity that you should not miss is the Opening Parade and the closing Grand Fireworks display.

We are hopeful that this celebration of the Panagbenga Festival will be the rise of Baguio City after being crippled by the pandemic. After all, Panagbenga was implemented to bring back the vibrant Baguio after a tragedy and at that time it was the 1990 killer earthquake. For Panagbenga 2023 we are hopeful that the season of blooming is back in the City of Pines.
