Lung Center of the Philippines launches COVID ‘Ask Force’

The Lung Center of The Philippines launched project COVID Ask Force to provide a FREE consultation service for all concerns related to the Coronavirus Disease.

With the online COVID-19 consultations, the need to go to hospitals will be lessened, hence, minimizing the risk of exposure and being infected.

The project consists of 200 volunteer doctors who are assisting people through online consultations.

Here is the schedule for online consultations based on the Lung Center’s announcement:

For consultations, send your message to COVID Ask Force Facebook Page.

  • Monday to Saturday
    • Morning Schedule: 8 AM – 11 AM
    • (cut-off: 10:00 AM)
    • Night Schedule: 7 PM – 10 PM
    • (cut-off: 9:00 PM)

The Lung Center encourages the public to send their concerns during these times in order to receive prompt responses from the doctors.

Call for Volunteer Doctors

The COVID Ask Force is also calling on more volunteers doctors to join the cause and provide free online COVID-19-related consultations to Filipinos.

  • Volunteers must be a PRC registered Physician (with active license number)
    • Identification will be verified through the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS)
