June 2024 Special Professional Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers Results Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) have officially released the results of the June 2024 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers. A total of 137 elementary teachers out of 274 examinees (50.00%) and 252 secondary teachers out of 478 examinees (52.72%) successfully passed the examination held on June 18, 2024. The examination took place in various international locations, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; and Singapore.

The Board for Professional Teachers, which oversees the licensure examinations, is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro as Chairman, Dr. Paz I. Lucido as Vice Chairman, and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy as Members.

A notable highlight from the examination results is Suzeth Artates Ancheta, a graduate of the University of the Philippines Baguio, who topped the June 2024 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Secondary Teachers with an impressive rating of 92.60%.
