Igorot Stone Kingdom Baguio City 2022 Travel Guide

Baguio City Igorot Stone Kingdom is the newest tourist attraction in the City of Pines. Tucked away from the central business district is a man-made park made out of stone which was based on a fantasy kingd0m and the rich cultural heritage of Igorots and the different provinces here in the Cordilleras.

Atop a mountain, you will find structures made out of stone that depict different symbols known to Igorot history and culture. Mr. Pio Velasco, the owner of the park, built the Stone Kingdom as a tribute to his mother Rita “Rosing” Gal Velasco’s loving memory who he described as a strong Igorota woman who taught them patience and strength.

Igorot Stone Kingdom Location and Operating Hours

The Stone Kingdom, located at 362 Longlong Road, Pinsao Proper, is just a stone’s throw away from another famous tourist spot in Baguio City- the Tam-Awan Village.

From the main road of Longlong, you wouldn’t expect there is a stone castle just a few walks away. You know you’ve reached the destination through a sign along the road just after passing Tam-Awan Village.

The park is open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM even on Sundays.

Baguio Igorot Stone Kingdom Entrance Fee

• Adults – Php 100.00
• Senior citizens/young adults (4-12 years old) – Php 80.00
• Toddler (3 years old and below)– FREE

Pets are also allowed inside the park providing they are on a leash and owners bring a poop bag.

The Igorot Stone Kingdom is open for walk-in so no booking is needed.

How to Go To Igorot Stone Kingdom

If you are planning to visit the Stone Kingdom via a private car, you can easily navigate using Google Maps.

The Tacay-Longlong Terminal is located along Otek St. beside Good Taste Restaurant, Burnham branch. The regular fare for jeepney costs Php10.00
Parking can be limited especially if there are a lot of visitors in the park. It is highly recommended to go there via public transportation.
