These conditions are currently being experienced in parts of Ilocos Norte, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, Kalinga, and Quirino, and may persist, affecting nearby areas.
The public and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices are advised to monitor the weather conditions closely and await the next advisory, which will be issued at 11:00 AM today.
