Guidelines for Drivers Fetching OFW Repatriates at the Airport

Recently, the City Government of Baguio has announced that OFW’s who wish to return to Baguio will now be allowed, following the guidelines that were set. Yesterday, the City has also released guidelines for drivers who will be fetching OFW’s from the airport and bring them back to the City of Pines. These guidelines are to be strictly followed in order for the drivers to fulfill their duty while minimizing the risk of possibly contracting the COVID-19 disease.

Guidelines for Drivers who will Ferry OFW’s from Manila to Baguio

A. Secure Quarantine Pass

B. Drivers and passengers, including all OFWs, are mandated to fill up health declaration forms online which can be accessed at http://hdf.baguio.gov.ph/

C. Require the arriving passengers to fill up the OWWA Information Form attached in this advisory

D. Make sure that food and water will be available for drivers and passengers while in transit

E. Mask is mandatory during the entire duration of travel

F. Drivers should prepare a Go-Bag which contains the following: clothes and underwear good for at least three (3) days, toiletries, water and other essentials
