Yesterday, November 17, 2020, Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has revealed that they were experiencing issues in their Data Center, affecting their subscribers nationwide. And on yesterday evening they announced that the connectivity in North and Central Luzon has been restored. By that time, they stated that they are still working to restore connectivity for NCR and South Luzon clients.
Following this update, just earlier this morning of Wednesday, November 18, 2020, Converge has announced through their latest service advisory that the connectivity has already been restored across all their service areas. They said that they are constantly improving their facilities and will thoroughly review the incident to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
“We are pleased to advise that connection has been restored for Residential and Enterprise clients across our all services areas. Our teas worked round-the-clock to resolve issues and get all systems up and running.”
