Under Executive Order No. 103, series of 2020, Mayor Benjamin Magalong has ordered to adjust the general curfew in Baguio City to 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM while Baguio City is under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
Previously, the curfew in the city is from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM but starting today, June 24, 2020, it will now be from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
According to EO No. 103, the general curfew has been revised since food establishments are now allowed to offer dine-in services and there is an increased number of public utility vehicles allowed to operate within Baguio City to help revive our local economy and introduce the public to the new social norms amid COVID-19.
Furthermore, as stated in the EO, the curfew will apply to all persons within the City of Baguio.
However, those working in permitted industries and businesses which require operations beyond the curfew such as the following are exempted from the said curfew.
