These days it is no longer surprising to see the very well known Kpop groups BLACKPINK and BTS trending in different social media platforms in the country such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and the like, but this September their names seem to have made more noise as both groups hit incredible milestones.
BLACKPINK New Milestones
Today (Tuesday), September 8, 2020, BLACKPINK has reached not just one but two (2) milestones with two of their music videos. As reported by Allkpop, the girl group’s “How You Like That” music video has reached 500 million YouTube views today at 3:51 AM KST while their music video “Ice Cream” also hit 200 million YouTube views at 2:06 AM KST on the same day.

BTS New Milestones
BTS’s music video “Dynamite”, on the other hand, has surpassed 300 million views on YouTube as of 4:50 PM KST of September 5, 2020. “Dynamite” was released on August 21, 2020, gaining 100 million views in under 24 hours.

Also, for this week BTS’ single “Dynamite” is at No. 1 on both the Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart and the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
