Benguet and STI Baguio Offers Fully Funded Scholarship for Grade 11 Students
The Province of Benguet, in collaboration with STI College-Baguio, is offering a fully funded scholarship program for incoming Grade 11 students for Academic Year 2026-2027.
The program, facilitated through the Governor’s Office, will provide 100 scholarship slots for qualified students. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who may apply?
Applicants must be:
- Incoming Grade 11 students or Grade 10 completers for Academic Year 2026-2027
- Residents of Benguet
Scholarship benefits
Qualified scholars will receive:
- 100% waiver of tuition fees
- 100% waiver of other school fees and miscellaneous fees
- No registration fee
Students will only be responsible for the cost of their school uniform and any applicable school activity fees.
Requirements
Applicants must first submit the following to the Governor’s Office for endorsement:
- Certificate of Residency and Indigency
After receiving the endorsement from PLGU-Benguet through the Governor’s Office, applicants must submit the following documents to STI College-Baguio:
- Endorsement from PLGU-Benguet, Governor’s Office
- Original Form 138/SF9-ES or Learner’s Progress Report Card
- Original Form 137/SF10-ES or Learner’s Permanent Academic Record
- NSO/PSA-issued Birth Certificate
Senior High School programs offered
The scholarship covers the following Senior High School programs:
- Business and Entrepreneurship
- Engineering, Technology and Mathematics
- Arts, Social Science and Humanities
- ICT Support and Computer Programming Techniques
- Hospitality and Tourism – Culinary Arts
Deadline
The deadline for submission of requirements is July 15, 2026.
Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their documents early, as applications will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
