Benguet Logs 25 New Cases, 47 Recoveries, and 1 Fatality Today



The Province of Benguet has recorded 25 new cases, 47 recoveries, and 1 fatality today (Monday), February 8, 2021. This update was provided by the Public Information Office of the Province of Benguet earlier this afternoon. Below are more details.

47 New Recoveries in Benguet

The following municipalities in Benguet have recorded new recoveries:

  • 1 from Bakun
  • 1 from Bokod
  • 16 from Itogon
  • 9 from La Trinidad
  • 16 from Mankayan
  • 2 from Sablan
  • 2 from Tuba

25 New Confirmed Cases in Benguet

These are the new cases recorded in the province today:

7 New Cases in La Trinidad

  • 65-year-old Male, Alapang
  • 30-year-old Male, Poblacion
  • 29-year-old Male, Pico
  • 51-year-old Male, Bahong
  • 47-year-old Female, Tawang
  • 24-year-old Female, Cruz
  • 66-year-old Female, Puguis

6 New Cases in Mankayan

  • 45-year-old Male, Bulalaco
  • 30-year-old Male, Sapid
  • 25-year-old Male, Tabio
  • 37-year-old Female, Sapid
  • 24-year-old Female, Poblacion
  • 50-year-old Female, Poblacion

Total Confirmed Cases in Benguet

These new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the Province of Benguet to 4,229. Among the confirmed cases, 3,979 cases have recovered, 261 cases were still active, and 55 fatalities were recorded.
