The Baguio Water District (BWD) has introduced an Online Bill Inquiry service, allowing customers to access their water billing information conveniently from their computers or mobile devices. This service is particularly useful for those who may have misplaced their physical water bill or did not receive a copy.
To use the service, customers need to visit the BWD website at baguiowaterdistrict.gov.ph. Once there, they should navigate to the Consumer menu and select Bill Inquiry. Customers will need to have their Account Number ready to enter into the system. Upon entering the required information, the billing details will be displayed on the screen.

Updated bills are typically available online within one to three days following the scheduled meter reading date. Additionally, the generated barcode from the online bill can be scanned for payment at participating BWD-accredited payment partners.
