BAGUIO CITY — Senior citizens in Baguio are invited to attend the Elderly Health Fair on Friday, October 2, 2026, where a range of health and wellness services will be offered for free.
The activity will be held at the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) Building in Lower Quarry, Baguio City, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Free Health Services and Screenings
Among the services scheduled to be available during the health fair are:
- Pneumonia vaccination
- Eye and ear examination
- Dental services
- Anemia screening
- Blood sugar screening
- Cholesterol screening
- Blood uric acid screening
The screenings can give senior citizens an opportunity to check common health indicators and, when appropriate, seek further medical consultation based on the results.
Nutrition, Wellness and Free Haircut
A Nutrition Screening and Counselling Booth will also be available to provide guidance on nutrition and healthy eating.

Organizers are reminding senior citizens who plan to attend to bring their own snacks and drinking water, especially since the activity will run from morning until mid-afternoon.
