Baguio City Vaccination Schedule for March 29-31, 2021





The City of Baguio has released a new vaccination schedule for March 29, 2021 to March 31, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The new vaccination schedule will cater to health workers, students of Baguio City who are in the allied health degree programs, and adults with comorbidities and will be conducted at two vaccination centers located at the University of Baguio Gymnasium and at the Saint Louis University parking area.

Below is the vaccination schedule for each venue.



Vaccination Schedule in Baguio City

Venue: Saint Louis University (Parking Area near Main Gate)

Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

March 29, 2021 (MONDAY)- 2nd and 3rd year SLU Nursing Students
- Incoming 4th year SLU Medical Students
- SLU Med Tech (only those students going for duty on June and July)
March 30, 2021 (TUESDAY)-2nd-3rd year University of the Cordilleras (UC) Nursing Students
-2nd-3rd year Easter College Nursing Students
-2nd-3rd year Pines City Doctor's Hospital (PCDH) Nursing and 5th – 6th year Dentistry Students
-Baguio Central University (BCU) Nursing Students
-Faculty members from College of Nursing of ALL schools mentioned who will have clinical duty are included

Pre-Registration

Persons involved are required to pre-register prior to going to the venues for vaccination.

Requirements

Note: Vaccination List will be provided by schools, offices, and barangays involved. Only those listed and registered will be vaccinated.

Those who will receive the vaccine shall bring the following for validation

  • Valid Identification Card
  • PhilHealth Number or Card
For persons with COMORBIDITIES:
  • Valid Identification Card
  • PhilHealth Number or Card
  • Medical Certificate/Clearance from your physician

NOTE:

  • Active members of the Hypertension Diabetic (HPN and DM) Clube of the 16 District Health Centers do not need to bring Medical Certificate/Clearance
  • Persons with tuberculosis should be on treatment
  • Persons should have controlled blood pressure and blood sugar
