Baguio City Records 200 Recoveries, 64 New Cases, and 5 Fatalities on Wednesday

The City of Baguio has recorded sixty-four (64) new cases, two hundred (200) recoveries, and five (5) fatalities on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. This is according to the daily case monitoring update by the Public Information Office of the City of Baguio.

Summary

Among the new cases, twenty-six (26) cases were contact traced, twelve (12) cases were expanded tested, and twenty-one (21) cases were symptomatic. Five (5) patients were tested for other reasons.

Five patients who succumbed to the disease on different dates were recorded today. Their details are as follows:

  • 74-year-old male
    • Admitted April 27, 2021; Died April 28, 2021 due to Covid Pneumonia with Co-morbid condition
  • 65-year-old male
    • Died April 27, 2021 due to Covid Pneumonia with Co-morbid condition
  • 59-year-old male
    • Admitted April 25, 2021; Died April 28, 2021 due to Covid Pneumonia with Co-morbid condition
  • 51-year-old male
    • Admitted April 23, 2021; Died April 28, 2021 due to Covid Pneumonia with Co-morbid condition
  • 69-year-old male
    • Admitted April 19, 2021; Died April 28, 2021 due to Covid-related death
