Three Baguio-bound roads remain passable as of August 11, 2026, while Kennon Road is temporarily closed to non-residents. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH-CAR) also reported road closures and travel restrictions in several parts of the Cordillera.
The advisories cover specific road sections. This means a highway may be generally passable while portions of it are limited to one lane.
The following Baguio-bound routes are listed as passable:
However, a section of Baguio-Bauang Road in Banangan, Sablan is limited to one lane due to a sinking road section.
One lane of Baguio-Bontoc Road, also known as Halsema Highway, is passable in Caliking, Atok, Benguet.
The affected section has been reduced to one lane due to a road slip. Motorists should expect possible delays and follow traffic instructions.
Kennon Road remains temporarily closed to non-residents until further notice.
According to DPWH-CAR, continuous heavy rainfall may cause slope failures, rockfalls, and landslides. The restriction remains in place while clearing operations and safety assessments are being conducted.

The one-lane sections of Benguet-Nueva Vizcaya Road in Bokod are separate from the impassable section in Beckel, La Trinidad.
The road is not passable in Dupligan, Tanudan, due to a sunken road section.

Makilo Bailey Bridge in Bugnay, Tinglayan is open only to light vehicles weighing no more than five tons. Long-bodied vehicles are not allowed.
Aliog Bridge in Nambaran, Tabuk City has a five-ton weight limit and a vertical clearance of three meters.
Heavy vehicles may use Bulo National Road through Callagdao-Bulo-Agbannawag.
The Mountain Province-Ilocos Sur Road via Tue is not passable in Balaoa, Tadian.

The Junction Talubin-Barlig-Calaccad Road at Sitio Pingew, Barangay Talubin, Bontoc is under an open-and-close arrangement due to an unstable slope and road cut.
Motorists are advised to slow down, follow road signs and traffic personnel, and monitor official DPWH-CAR and local government advisories before traveling.
