According to the official Guinness World Records listing, Guia’s crochet mandala measured 28.03 square meters, or around 301 square feet. The record was achieved in Itogon, Benguet, Philippines on January 22, 2026.

From Baguio Craftsmanship to a World Record

Adelaida Guia has become known in Baguio’s creative community for her large and colorful crochet mandalas. Her work has caught the attention of locals and visitors alike, especially during public displays and community events where her creations have been showcased.
