A graduate of Saint Louis University (SLU) in Baguio City has landed among the topnotchers of the September 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination.
Lebron Mark Nelmida Ortiz ranked 10th nationwide after obtaining a rating of 91.80 percent, according to the examination results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Ortiz was among the examinees who earned the highest ratings in the September 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination.
Dan Joel Monte De Leon of Palompon Institute of Technology-Palompon and Charles Anthony Saceda Santillan of Cebu Institute of Technology-University shared the top spot after both obtained a rating of 94.25 percent.

1,676 Pass Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination
The PRC announced that 1,676 out of 3,399 examinees passed the Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Electrical Engineering in 17 testing centers across the Philippines this September 2026.
Meanwhile, 715 out of 961 examinees passed the Registered Master Electricians Licensure Examination.
The results involving four examinees were withheld pending the final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
