Typhoon Ulysses accelerated moving west northwest

As of 4AM today, typhoon Ulysses is over the vicinity of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija. However, the large eyewall of the typhoon is affecting the southern part of Northern Luzon, NCR, and Southern Luzon. Ulysses is packing a maximum sustained winds of 155km/hr with gustiness of up to 255km/hr.

Typhoon Ulysses’ movement accelerated to 25km/hr moving west-northwest.
