Travel Requirements to and from the Municipality of Kapangan

The Local Government Unit of Kapangan has released a travel advisory to reiterate the strict implementation on the observance of Medical Public Health Standards during travel to and from the Municipality of Kapangan.

In the advisory, it is stated that all individuals from other municipalities must enter Kapangan with proper documents and procedures, and must be on time.

Travel Requirements 

Here are the following travel requirements needed when traveling to and from Kapangan:

Travel within Benguet

• Health Declaration Form (Secure health declaration form at your respective barangay clinic)

Travel to Baguio City

• Travel Authority (Secure travel authority at the Mayor’s Office)
• Health Declaration Form  (Secure health declaration form at the Municipal Rural Health Unit (RHU) or Barangay Clinic)
• For essential purpose only

Travel to other Province/Region

• Travel Authority (Secure travel authority at the Mayor’s Office and Kapangan Municipal Police Station (KMPS)
• Medical Certificate (Secure medical certificate at the Municipal RHU)
