Eight (8) students from Saint Louis University (SLU) clinched top spots in the recently held Chemical Technician Licensure Examinations.
The results of the Chemist and Chemical Technician Licensure exams held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, San Fernando, Tacloban and Zamboanga were announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Saturday.
Out of 369 examinees, 134 passed the Chemist Licensure Examinations while 1,074 out of 1,322 examinees for the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination passed.

Louisian Arvin John Carbonell Villanueva garnered the third-highest spot with a rating of 90.50%. Rheynalie Iñigo Bado, Joeflor Joseph Pangngay, and Abigail Gutierrez Perez all tied in the ninth spot with an 87.50% rating. The tenth spot was also shared by Anne Mhari Gacutano Antalan, Ramyll Dator Fernandez, Jan Redell Domingo Lastimosa, and Efraim Abuel Legeken, all scoring 87.00% in the examinations.
Top Performing Schools
SLU was also second in the running as a top-performing school with a 99.38% percentage of examinees who have passed the licensure exams.
