Saint Louis University Ranks 7th Among Top Performing Schools in the October 2025 Physician Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 4,570 out of 5,900 examinees successfully passed the October 2025 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) given by the Board of Medicine. The examination was held in various testing centers across NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
List of Passers
Out of all the examinees, the results of one candidate were withheld pending final determination of liability under PRC rules, while two others were withheld due to incomplete submission of required documents. The results were released just four working days after the last day of the examination.
The Board of Medicine was composed of Dr. Efren C. Laxamana, Chairman; and members Dr. Zenaida L. Antonio, Dr. Godofreda V. Dalmacion, Dr. Martha O. Nucum, Dr. Joanna V. Remo, and Dr. Prudencio Z. Sta. Lucia, Jr.
Starting November 24, 2025, successful examinees may register online for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration through the PRC website at
www.prc.gov.ph. Registrants are required to bring the following:
Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloaded from the PRC website)
Notice of admission (for identification only)
Two passport-sized photos (colored, white background, complete name tag)
Two sets of documentary stamps
One short brown envelope
Successful examinees must personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals. The schedule and venue for the oathtaking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
