Protocol Violators in the Controversial Birthday Event in Baguio City Pay Fines



Public Information Office of the City of Baguio has revealed earlier today (Friday), January 29, 2021, that the protocol violators in the controversial birthday event which was held at The Manor at Camp John have already settled their penalties with the city government.

According to the information office, The Manor paid a total of nine thousand pesos (P9,000).

  • P1,000 for violation of Ord. 45-2020 Face Mask Ordinance
  • P3,000 for violation of Ord. 46-2020 Physical Distancing Ordinance
  • P5,000 for violation of Ord. 53-2020 New Normal Operation for Business Establishments

It was said that The Manor also submitted a commitment to follow health protocols for it was required by the City Permits and Licensing Division before the hotel it can renew its business permit.

Furthermore, a total of thirty-three (33) participants have each paid their fines of one thousand pesos (P1,000) for violation of Ord. 45-2020 and five hundred (P500) for Ord. 46-2020.

Included to the individuals who paid their fines are celebrant Tim Yap, artist KC Concepcion, and Mrs. Arlene Magalong.
