While looking out for the onset of the rainy season in the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration (PAGASA) said on a forecast that two (2) Tropical Cyclones (TCs) may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this June 2020.
Last month, the Philippines has been hit by Typhoon Ambo, which was recorded as the first tropical depression (TD) to enter PAR this year.

According to PAGASA, the peak of the typhoon season in the Philippines is July through October in which nearly 70% of all typhoons develop.
