Mankayan, Benguet Records a New Positive Case, Neighborhood of the Patient on Lockdown
Just earlier this afternoon of Monday, September 14, 2020, the Mayor’s Office of Mankayan, Benguet has reported through an advisory that there is a new case of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 recorded in the municipality.
Here are more details about the said new case:
- A 35-year-old, Female
- From Payeo, Bedbed, Mankayan, Benguet
- She is suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 5
- Was exhibiting cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and colds
- Has a positive test result as relayed today by the Provincial Health Office
- She was brought earlier on September 12, 2020 at the Benguet General Hospital
- Currently admitted at the Benguet General Hospital
Close contacts of the said patient are advised to stay home to await the contact tracing team. The immediate neighborhood of the patient at Payeo, Bedbed, on the other hand, have been placed under lockdown 3:30 PM today.
