La Trinidad Residents Can Now Travel Within Benguet Province without Travel Pass EXCEPT
Under Executive Order No. 2020 – 035 signed by Governor Melchor Diclas, the entire Province of Benguet is now under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ). Yesterday, the Mayor’s Office of La Trinidad released a travel advisory when traveling outside the municipality.
LT Travel Advisory
Here are the following advisories:
- Travel Pass / Travel Authority is not necessary when traveling within Benguet Province. Only Health Declaration Form (HDF) is required.
HDF is available at the following:

- Checkpoints
- Barangay Halls
- Municipal Hall
However, travel pass is REQUIRED when going to Baguio City for essential purposes such as:
- Going to Banks, Offices and agencies
- Traversing the City going to Tuba, Itogon and Bokod.
2. Travel outside the region requires Travel Pass for essential purposes only. And, Travel Authority for Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) is to be secured from the Municipal Hall.
Requirements for Travel Pass
The following are the requirements needed to get a travel pass for valid and essential purposes only.
Photocopy of the following:
- Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) of vehicle
- Driver’s License
- Itinerary of Travel – For Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW)
- Business Permit (For Transacting business outside La Trinidad)
Requirements / Process for Travel Authority
The following are the requirements and process to secure travel authority.
- Triage at the Municipal Park
- LSI / ROF Medical Clearance at the Municipal Gym (8:00 am to 3:00 pm Only)
- Proceed to La Trinidad Municipal Police Station (LTMPS) and submit the following:
- Medical Clearance Certificate
- Vehicle Plate Number
- Type of Vehicle
- LTMPS to Process Travel Authority
- LTMPS to Notify the LSI / ROF
- LSI / ROF Exit
