The Staff Maintenance Job Order will support building and facilities maintenance at Pines City Doctors’ Hospital. The role involves electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, air-conditioning, generator operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance work across varying shifts.
What they are asking for
- High school diploma or graduate of any vocational-related course.
- Preferably with technical/vocational training (EIM, RAC, BWI, carpentry, plumbing).
- TESDA NC II/III certification is an advantage.
- 1-2 years building maintenance or facilities work.
- Hospital or commercial building experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, air-conditioning, generator operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Flexibility to work different hours and shifts to meet operational and customer needs.
