- Experience or proficiency in IT security, cybersecurity and data backup management.
- Familiarity with network maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network-related concerns.
- Basic knowledge of programming and web development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MySQL, HTML, CSS and other programming/web technologies is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
