The HR Manager will lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function in alignment with business objectives. The role includes developing HR plans and policies, monitoring workforce trends and metrics, ensuring labor-law compliance, and overseeing employee and labor relations, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
