By ALMOST ZERO VISIBILITY: A Foggy Drive in Baguio City During Typhoon #BettyPH
The inclement weather brought about by Typhoon Betty (Mawar) has Baguio City wrapped in thick fog and rains. Although there are no Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals in effect in the City of Pines, driving can be a challenge because of almost zero visibility.
We drove around the city on Tuesday to show you what Baguio looks like while #BettyPH is in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
