Five new COVID-19 Cases and three recoveries recorded in Baguio City today



The City of Baguio recorded five new COVID-19 cases today as well as three recoveries. This is according to the COVID-19 monitoring report as of 6:00 PM of September 4, 2020. As indicated in the report published by the Public information office of Baguio City, two (2) cases were discovered through the on-going expanded testing efforts of the local government of Baguio. Three (3) cases are walk-in patients who exhibited symptoms of COVID-19.

Here are the details on the new COVID-19 Cases today

  • 20 years old – Female- No residence indicated – A result of Expanded testing (tested at Parkway)
  • 39 years old – Male – Upper Pinget – tested at Parkway (Symptomatic)
  • 44 years old – Female – No Residence indicated – Tested at BGHMC (Symptomatic)
  • 48 years old – Male – No Residence indicated – Tested at BGHMC (Symptomatic)
  • 35 years old – Male – Balsigan – A result of Expanded testing

These new cases and recoveries bring the total active cases to 85. The new cases also added to the overall total number of cases monitored in Baguio City to 367. Total recoveries are also now up to 272.
