In the latest announcement made by President Rodrigo Duterte, as recommended by the IATF, the entire Cordillera region will be under the general community quarantine classification from April 1-30, 2021.
Aside from the Cordillera region, several other provinces were placed under the General Community Quarantine classification from April 1-30, 2021.
Aside from GCQ, there are provinces that were placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine. These are the following:
The enhanced community quarantine that is currently in effect in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal, will remain in effect until April 4, 2021, and would be subjected to further review.
Other areas in the Philippines not mentioned will be under Modified General Community Quarantine.
The Department of Health has recorded a total of 10,016 cases on March 29, 2021. In the Cordillera region, DOH-CAR recorded a total of two hundred seven (207) new cases (16 are still for verification), five hundred twenty recoveries (520), and four (4) fatalities.
