Coming up to Baguio to Get Your Things? Here’s what you should do…

As Baguio City transitioned to Modified General Community Quarantine last June 1, 2020, the local government has released an advisory which contained the process that people need to follow when entering Baguio City for essential purposes.

Getting Your Properties/Things From Boarding House or Apartment in Baguio

Under the advisory for essential travels, those non-Baguio residents who need to get their properties/things from their boarding house or apartment here in the city will be allowed to do so upon securing required documents and following the process.


Required Documents

  1. Travel clearance certificate from the Mayor or designated representative from the place of origin.
  2. Proof of your essential travel to Baguio City

Process

Upon securing the requirements mentioned above, non-Baguio residents who plans to retrieve their things from their boarding house should:

  1. Fill-up the Health Declaration Form online via http://hdf.baguio.gov.ph/
  2. Show required documents at the checkpoint. 
  3. Undergo health check at Triage 1.

Need to leave Baguio City to get your things left in another province? Here’s what to do:

On the other hand, Baguio residents who need to go to another province to get their personal belongings that were left in their boarding house or apartment need to:

  1. Secure a Clearance Certificate from the City Mayor’s Office
  2. Provide any proof (document) of your essential travel purpose going to other places

In addition, here’s the process to be followed by outgoing Baguio residents who intend to retrieve their personal possessions in other provinces:

  1. Fill up Health Declaration Form (HDF) at http://hdf.baguio.gov.ph/
  2. Undergo health check at Triage 1 on your return
  3. Register in your corresponding barangay

  1. Follow up lng po nag apply po kmi ng RBR with my wife last June 15, 2020 at nag text po kmi twice pero wala pong reply sa mga query namin sa email at sa text namin. Sana po kung pwede ay malaman namin kung kailan po ba kami papayagan na makauwi sa aming bahay. Matagal na po kaming naka lockdown dito sa Imus dahil kinuha po nmin ang gamit ng sanggol na ibinigay sa aming apo na ipinanganak ng May 9, 2020 diyan po sa baguio. Nakikiusap po kami sa kinauukulan nakikitira lang po kami sa kapatid ng asawa ko. Sana po ay mapagbigyan nyo na kaming makauwi.
