This decision comes as Benguet remains under an Orange Rainfall Warning, based on PAGASA’s Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 4 issued at 5:00 PM on July 28, 2025. The warning indicates that flooding and landslides are threatening in flood-prone and landslide-prone areas of the province.

Residents are advised to remain alert for further announcements and to coordinate with their respective LGUs for any emergency protocols or evacuation procedures. Students, parents, and school staff are also encouraged to stay safe and monitor local advisories closely.

This announcement may be updated should additional LGUs declare suspensions or changes be made to the scope of class cancellations.
