The centralized triage center of the City of Baguio will be operational starting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. It is located within the heart of the city, at the Baguio Convention Center (BCC). Since the centralized triage center is easier to access, it will soon be more convenient to triage returning Baguio residents and potential visitors.
According to City Administrator Bonifacio dela Peña, finishing touches are already being put up to the triage center. The assigned personnel and units of equipment, on the other hand, are all ready to be transferred to the new site this week.

Moreover, the City Administrator also revealed that the triage center for returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) which was located at the Roxas Hall of the Baguio Teachers’ Camp has now been transferred to the Benitez hall. Its new location is much spacious and has sufficient parking spaces.
According to Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, the local government will be maintaining the operation of the two triage centers. This is to have an alternative triage center once overcrowding occurs due to the influx of returning city residents, returning OFWs, and even potential visitors.
