[UPDATED] BENECO Notice of Scheduled Power Interruption for March 25 and 27, 2021

Several areas in Baguio City and Benguet will be affected by the scheduled Electric Service Interruption of Benguet Electric Cooperative, Inc., (BENECO) for March 25,, 26, and 27, 2021.

BENECO Power Interruption Schedule 

These are the following areas in Baguio City and Benguet affected by the scheduled power interruption scheduled for March 25, 26, and 27, 2021.

Thursday, March 25, 2021 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Parts of Cordillera Road, Upper San Carlos Heights, Irisan, Baguio City Relocation of Secondary Pole affected by proposed driveway
Parts of Lower Victoria Village (along Naguilian Road), Baguio City Correction of Secondary Line Clearance
Parts of Puguis (near Puguis Elementary School), La Trinidad Restructuring of secondary pole to correct secondary line clearance
Parts of Lower Lucnab, Baguio City Correction of Secondary Line Clearance
Parts of Tuding (Sagada Hills), Parts of Loacan (Luneta Antamok) Rerouting of Primary Lines affected by proposed building construction
Whole of Kabayan (except Batan), Ambangeg, Bila, Ekip, Karao, and parts of Daclan, Bokod Rerouting of primary and secondary lines
Parts of Buyacaoan, Lengaoan, and Amaleyguey, Buguias Replacement of Rotten Primary Poles
Friday, March 26, 2021 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Colalo, Cabiten, Bedbed,Mankayan, and parts of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur  Replacement of Rotten Primary Poles
Saturday, March 27, 2021 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pinsao Pilot Project and parts of Pinget, Baguio City Replacement of rotten primary pole
Parts of Sumulong, Holyghost Proper, Baguio City Retirement of Idle pole and relocation of line
Parts of Fatima Village, Ucab, Itogon Rerouting of Primary Linesaffected by ongoing construction
Parts of Loakan Road (Near NFA, including Pidawan), Loakan Proper, Baguio City Extension of Primary Lines
Parts of Cariño Village, Camp 7, Baguio City Rerouting of Secondary Lines traversing ongoing house construction
Whole of Poblacion, Itogon (except Maligaya) Extension of Primary Lines at Itogon Municipal Hall

Cable & Communication Companies

In BENECO’s advisory, all concerned Cable & Communication Companies are advised to inspect and institute necessary safety measures or actions on their cables or lines attached to the affected BENECO poles.

Also, all consumers are advised to always consider all lines energized because power may be restored earlier than the scheduled time.
