At 4:00 am today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm Ulysses was estimated based on all available data at 180 km Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (14.6N 125.7E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 125km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15km/hr.
