Baguio City Remains Under MGCQ Status until August 31, 2020

The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has released resolution No. 63 that was signed last August 14, 2020. Included in this resolution is the quarantine classification or status of the different provinces in the Philippines.

According to the resolution, this quarantine status will remain in effect from August 16 until August 31, 2020. The Cordillera region is classified under the Modified General Community Quarantine.

Previously, these areas were reclassified to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine. The announcement as to the classification of these areas will be provided at a later date.
