The city of Baguio has recorded eight (8) patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 today. This is according to the Baguio City COVID-19 Monitoring Update as reported by the Public Information Office of Baguio City.

New Cases in Baguio City

Here are the details regarding the eight cases:

41-year old female;
24-year old male;
21-year old male;
24-year old male;
33-year old male;
16-year old male;
30-year old male;
26-year old female

The places of residence of the patients have not been disclosed and will be announced once the lockdown memoranda for the involved locations will be released.

Youngest COVID-19 Fatality in Baguio City

The report has also recorded the sixth fatality in the city: a two-days old baby female in Baguio City has succumbed to the disease today. No further details have been disclosed regarding the case.

COVID-19 Cases in Baguio City

The additional cases bring the total number of confirmed cases to one hundred eighty-nine (189). Seventy four of the cases are currently active and receiving treatment. One hundred nine (109) have recovered from the disease.
