General Village Guidelines

1. Only closed shoes are allowed. Footwear that are open-toed, open-heeled and open on the sides, whether rubber, plastic or leather, are NOT ALLOWED. Those who have toe or foot medical concerns are exempted.
2. For safety reasons, parents or guardians MUST MONITOR AND GUIDE their children AT ALL TIMES as the management of Baguio Country Club shall not be liable for injuries or accidents arising from the failure of the parent or guardian in monitoring their children.
3. Please DO NOT TOUCH the flowers, plants, ponds, fountains, decors, and Christmas lights.
4. Bringing food and drinks inside the Christmas Village is NOT ALLOWED.
5. Only SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED but they must be leashed, in diaper, and controlled.
6. Please USE TRASH CANS to dispose of waste and garbage.
7. There will be Marshals to monitor and strictly implement the rules and regulations. Violators shall be asked to leave the premises of the Christmas Village.
8. Marshals are available to provide assistance and monitor activities inside the Village.
9. Parking is available at Paterno Street and Outlook Drive. Please ask for assistance from security personnel for other venues for parking.
10. Baguio Country Club reserves the right to close the Christmas Village during inclement weather or due to emergency reasons.

Carousel Area Rules and Regulations

1. “NO SIGNED WAIVER FORM, NO ENTRY” policy shall apply. Parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver form before their child rides the carousel.
2. Online ticket availers shall proceed first to the Carousel Ticket Booth for QR Code scanning and ticket issuance. Cash-paying availers shall be required to buy tickets at the Carousel Ticket Booth.
3. The carousel is designed for children 2 to 12 years old for a period of five (5) minutes ride only.
4. DRESS CODE. Loose accessories and jewelries are not allowed. Children must be in appropriate clothes and in closed-toe shoes.
5. To avoid overcrowding and accidents, only one (1) rider is allowed per seat.
6. FOOD, DRINKS, TOYS, BAGGAGE and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the carousel. A Baggage Counter is available at the Christmas Village.
7. Only one (1) parent or guardian shall be allowed to go with the riding child.
8. Riders must remain properly and safely seated while parent or guardian must remain standing in a safe position while the carousel is in motion.
9. NO PUSHING, SHOVING, OR ROUGH PLAY. Parents or guardians must comply with safety rules and regulations and must closely monitor their children to avoid falls or other accidents. The Baguio Country Club shall not be liable for injuries, accidents or loss of life arising from the failure of the parent or guardian in monitoring or securing their children or arising from acts beyond its control.
10. Children with open wounds, injuries, or illnesses shall NOT be accommodated.
11. Maximum of six (6) children shall be allowed to ride the carousel at any given time.
12. Both parent/guardian and child must EXIT from the Carousel only upon the instruction of the Carousel Operator.
13. The management reserves the right to remove children from the Carousel who are unruly, rough, or likely to cause trouble.
14. The management reserves the right not to operate the Carousel when it drizzles/rains or when it deems necessary.

Ball Pit Area Rules and Regulations

4. The entry to the Ball Pit shall be in accordance with the schedule set by the Ball Pit Attendant. Maximum of twenty-five (25) children shall be allowed inside the Ball Pit per schedule. Playtime is strictly for twenty (20) minutes only. Three (3) minutes interval between schedules.
5. Shoes are NOT ALLOWED inside the Ball Pit, but the use of socks is required.
6. FOOD, DRINKS, TOYS, BAGS AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE BALL PIT.
7. NO DIVING UPON ENTRY TO THE BALL PIT. Do not dive headfirst into the Ball Pit. The balls are not deep enough to cushion fall which may lead to injuries.
8. NO PUSHING, SHOVING, OR ROUGH PLAY. Aggressive or rough behavior SHALL NOT be tolerated.
9. Balls must NOT be brought out from the Ball Pit.
10. Children with open wounds, injuries, or illnesses shall NOT be allowed to avail of the Ball Pit.
11. Children who are not toilet-trained shall be required to wear a diaper.
12. There will be Marshals who will monitor the children from time of entry, during play inside and until time of exit of children. Marshals are instructed to remove children from the Ball Pit who are found to be unruly, rough or likely to cause trouble.
13. The management reserves the right to close the Ball Pit anytime when it deems necessary.
14. The Baguio Country Club Shall NOT be liable for jewelries, accessories or belongings the children claimed to have lost or damaged inside the Ball Pit, and for accidents, injuries or loss of life arising from acts beyond its control.
