- Work Experience Sheet, for positions with required relevant experience.
- Certificate of Trainings/Seminar attended relevant to the position.
- Two full or one year approved Performance Ratings in the present position immediately prior to the deadline, or one full semester or six months approved performance rating.
- Other required files for the position, such as recognitions or voluntary work.
