The Staff Maintenance role supports building and facility maintenance at Pines City Doctors’ Hospital. Duties require constant movement, flexible hours, shifts, and on-call emergency work while interacting professionally with patients and colleagues.
What they are asking for
- College graduate or holder of any vocational-related course, with or without TESDA Certificates or National Certificate II (NC II) or equivalent.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Physically capable of performing duties that require constant movement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call emergencies, to meet both customer and facility maintenance needs.
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facility renovation, civil works, or infrastructure projects; experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is an advantage.
