PHIVOLCS reported an Intensity IV in multiple areas including the City of Manila, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Valenzuela, and the City of Malolos in Bulacan. Several cities in Batangas and Cavite, as well as Tanay in Rizal, also reported the same intensity.

Intensity III was recorded in cities like Las Piñas, Makati, Marikina, Parañaque, Pasig, and Obando in Bulacan, among others. Intensity II was felt in cities including Caloocan, San Juan, Muntinlupa, and various areas in La Union, Pangasinan, Bulacan, and Tarlac. The least intensity, Intensity I, was recorded in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Instrumental intensities, which are readings captured by installed intensity-measuring equipment, also reported varying degrees of seismic activity from Intensity I to IV in numerous areas including Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Mindoro, Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Quezon, Rizal, Tarlac, and Zambales.
