ToggleSeveral roads in the Cordillera Administrative Region were reported closed, not passable, or limited to one-lane traffic on August 6, 2026, following continuous heavy rainfall.
The Department of Public Works and Highways-Cordillera Administrative Region released a list of affected national roads as of 11:00 AM. A separate advisory from the Municipal Government of Tublay, issued at 10:55 AM, also identified affected barangay and provincial roads within the municipality.
Motorists are advised to avoid the affected sections, use available alternate routes, and check the latest official advisories before traveling.
Kennon Road was reported not passable.

In a separate advisory issued at 10:55 AM, the Municipal Government of Tublay reported several road closures caused by road damage, strong river flow, mudslides, and landslides.
The Tublay Municipal Government advised the public to avoid non-essential travel because road conditions may change at any time amid continuous rainfall.
Motorists should follow the instructions of local authorities and continue monitoring advisories from DPWH-CAR and the Tublay Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office before traveling.
