According to the survey by Numbeo with the title “Traffic Index by Country 2020 Mid-Year”, the Philippines was ranked 9th among 84 countries with the worst traffic situation in the world.
Furthermore, the Traffic Index of the Philippines is 198.33.
And, Traffic Index was defined by Numbeo as “a composite index of time consumed in traffic due to job commute, estimation of time consumption dissatisfaction, CO2 consumption estimation in traffic and overall inefficiencies in the traffic system.”
The Time Index or an average one-way time needed to transport in minutes in the Philippines is 44.60 minutes according to the report.
