November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examination Results Released by PRC | SLU, BSU, Easter College Among Top Performing Schools




The Professional Regulation Commission released the results of the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examination after fifteen working days. A total of 40,692 out of 45,192 examinees passed the nationwide examination conducted across 21 testing centers.  The PRC also noted that the results for six examinees were withheld pending further review under existing rules and regulations.

Top Performing Schools from Northern Luzon

Two institutions from the Cordillera region achieved exceptional performance in the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examination. Saint Louis University and Benguet State University both recorded 100 percent passing rates, placing them among the top performing schools with 100 or more examinees.

Easter College Inc. also placed among the top performing institutions nationwide, securing the Top 5 spot with a passing rate of 99.53 percent.

These results highlight the continued strength of nursing education programs in Baguio City and Benguet, contributing significantly to the national pool of new licensed nurses.

The PRC announced that online registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will begin on December 23, 2025. Successful examinees must complete the initial registration through the official PRC website.

  • Duly accomplished and downloaded Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Notice of admission (for identification only)
  • Two passport-sized pictures with white background and name tag
  • Two sets of documentary stamps
  • One short brown envelope

Personal appearance is required for signing in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The PRC will announce the date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony at a later time.
