Local chief executives of the BLISTT (Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, Tublay) areas have released a joint advisory prohibiting non-essential travels to manage mobility and control the rising number of cases in the Cordillera.
According to the Joint Advisory released on Wednesday, the BLISTT mayors held an emergency meeting to discuss collective efforts in protecting constituents against the COVID-19 Variants of Concern (VOC) after detecting surges in the past days. As per the assessment of the Department of Health-CDH-CAR, Baguio and Benguet are on Alert Level 4.

Border restrictions have been extended until October 30, 2021.

Non-essential travel by non-residents into the BLISTT areas is suspended.
BLISTT residents travelling within and between the BLISTT LGUs shall be guided by the following guidelines:
APORs and workers in permitted industries shall be allowed to pass through City/Provincial Checkpoints upon presentation of any of the following documents:

Residents who wish to travel between BLISTT localities to access essential goods or services may do so on designated schedules that shall be provided by the respective Local Government Units in subsequent advisories.
Unhampered passage shall be allowed for cargo, delivery, and logistic services for the following:
