• Position: As of 10:00 AM, the center of Typhoon Marce was located 590 km east of Baler, Aurora (16.4°N, 127.1°E).
• Winds: The typhoon is producing maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h, gusts reaching up to 150 km/h, with a central pressure of 970 hPa.
• Movement: Marce is moving west-northwest at 30 km/h.
• Wind Reach: Typhoon-force winds extend up to 580 km from the storm’s center.

• Rough Seas (4.0 – 4.5 meters): Northern Aurora, Ilocos Sur, Zambales, and other surrounding regions. Mariners, particularly of small seacrafts, should avoid sea travel due to hazardous conditions.
• Moderate Seas (up to 2.5 meters): Eastern seaboards of Albay, Sorsogon, and Northern Samar.
