As of Tuesday, June 2, 2020, the Land Transport Office (LTO) Baguio Licensing Center has announced that they will only cater walk-in clients to avoid overcrowding and to be able to observe social distancing.
According to the advisory posted by the Licensing Center, it can only accommodate forty-five (45) transactions per day due to the transitional period from the old to the new system.
The LTO Baguio Licensing Center would also like to remind its clients to create or have a Google or Yahoo email which they will need for an easier transaction.
