Lockdown over Purok 1 to 5 of Hillside Barangay Now Lifted

In a memorandum issued last June 26, 2020, the lockdown over Barangay Hillside, Baguio Citywas lifted except for Purok 1 to 5 for contact tracing purposes.  Today, June 1, 2020, Baguio Mayor Benjamin issued Memorandum No. 97, series of 2020 lifting the lockdown order over Purok 1 to 5 in Barangay Hillside.

The lockdown was lifted after the Local Contact Tracing Team has completed its operations over Purok 1 to 5.

Furthermore, residents are reminded to continue abiding the Baguio City’s Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) rules and regulations.

The Public is reminded to always observe the basic health and safety protocols.

• Wear your facemask especially in public.
• Strictly observe physical/social distancing.
• Proper handwashing should always be observed.
• Use alcohol or hand sanitizers whenever access to soap and water is impossible.
• Observe the rules and other guidelines mandated by the government.
